La Posada - Part II

Azahn takes a turn!
Okay, not our favorite moment but, Kiave had a turn last year. Now that Azahn has a picture for his scrapbook, we're all done with the man in the red suit! I will admit, Azahn has a nice smile ... not quite sure what happened with the man in the red suit - I guess it was late in the evening?!

La Posada con la escuela de Amiguitos - 2007

Here we have Kiave singing a 'special' song with his classmates (he's not shy on the stage!). This Mexican tradition - la Posada - is always held in December. After the presentations, the celebration begins ... of course, with a pinata!

What a way to celebrate - with fifteen children in tow! Kiave had such a great time ... and so did we. As you can see, there was lots of tumbling, running, jumping, rolling and flying happening this day - all with smiles! Once again, Tio Joaquin catered the food and naps were great that afternoon. Stay tuned for Azahn's birthday party in June 2008 :)

Kiave's 4th Birthday Celebration @ Amiguitos Preschool!

Another celebration for our first-born son ... this year, Adrian went to bed earlier vs. staying up 'til 3:00 am making a cake for Kiave and his friends (you can see the smile on his face!). Kiave also shares a picture moment with his favorite teacher, 'Maestra Claudia.'














Kiave, Azahn and friends at the preschool enjoyed the "krispie" treats so much, they were all asking for seconds. Of course, there was enough to go 'round!
